1. Parties and scope

Good Griddance is a business service of Superworkx B.V., handelend onder de naam Social Roots, located at Bruistensingel 500, 5232 AH 's-Hertogenbosch, Nederland, Dutch Chamber of Commerce 27252119. These terms apply to every agreement with an organisation or business user. Customer purchasing terms are rejected.

2. The service

Good Griddance provides workspaces for social planning, grid previews, content, feedback and approval. Automatic publishing currently supports approved Instagram photos, carousels and videos as Reels. Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile can be planned and approved, but are not automatically published.

3. Subscription and limits

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly. There is no free trial; the public demo is free. Prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes 3 team members and 2 approvers. Additional team members and approvers cost extra. The selected plan determines included workspaces.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider. A failed payment may first become past due while collection is retried. Access may be paused after a payment becomes uncollectible or a subscription ends. A manually blocked organisation remains blocked until we lift the block.

5. Use and accounts

• Only grant access to authorised people and protect login details.
• Only upload content for which you have the required rights and permissions.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
• Check the schedule, copy, media, channel and publishing time before approval.

6. Social connections

Connections depend on external platform availability, permissions and terms. We cannot guarantee that a platform accepts a publication or keeps a connection unchanged. Where supported, the service displays errors and retry attempts.

7. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep Good Griddance available and secure. Maintenance, incidents or external platform changes may temporarily limit the service. Unless agreed in writing, no guaranteed uptime or service credit applies.

8. Intellectual property and customer content

Customers retain rights in their content and grant us the rights required to store, display, edit and publish it on instruction. Good Griddance, its design and software remain owned by us and our licensors.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Good Griddance in the twelve months before the loss, capped at EUR 25,000. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, reputational damage or consequences of external platform failures and decisions. These limits do not apply to intent, deliberate recklessness or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Cancellation and law

You can cancel a monthly subscription from the subscription page before the next renewal date. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
