1. Who is responsible?
Superworkx B.V., handelend onder de naam Social Roots is responsible for personal data processed within Good Griddance. Our address is Bruistensingel 500, 5232 AH 's-Hertogenbosch, Nederland. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@socialroots.nl.
2. What data do we process?
- Account data, including name, business email, organisation and role.
- Workspace data, including brand profiles, schedules, captions, comments, approvals and uploaded media.
- Technical and usage data, including device, browser, visited pages, errors and security logs.
- Data from connected social accounts needed to retrieve a grid and publish approved Instagram content.
- Subscription and invoice data. Our payment provider processes payments; we do not receive full card details.
3. Why do we process it?
We process data to provide the service: managing accounts and workspaces, storing content, handling feedback and approvals, sending email, publishing Instagram content and managing subscriptions. We also process limited technical data for security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
4. AI assistant
When you use the AI assistant, the caption and configured client profile are processed to produce a rewrite. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information that is unnecessary for the caption.
5. Service providers
We use selected providers for hosting and storage, authentication, email, AI processing, payments and social connections. They may only process data to provide their service to us. Connected social platforms process data under their own terms.
6. Retention and security
We keep account and workspace data while the subscription is active and afterwards only as needed for closure, security or legal obligations. Invoice data follows statutory tax retention periods. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
7. Cookies and Roots measurement
The website uses Roots for consent management and usage measurement. Necessary functions always operate. Statistics and marketing measurement follow your cookie-banner choice. You can reopen cookie settings later.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing privacy@socialroots.nl. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes
